We present our guide of sizes and measurements. It is helpful to get the right fit for a bikini, one-piece and short.

How to measure?

Measure your waist and hips and compare to the guide. If you are between two sizes, we suggest you choose the larger size. Sizes S – XL correspond to the numerical sizes in this guide. To get the most accurate measurements, ask someone to help you take the measurement. Be sure to hold the tape measure straight and snug, not tight against your body.

Follow these suggestions to extend useful life, so it will be with you for many summers.

If you use the washing machine use cold water and set the delicate cycle, if you wash by hand use warm water.

· Use mild laundry soap.

· Do not twist or squeeze.

· Do not soak.

· Do not use whitener.

· Do not use dryer.

·  Wash immediately after use.

·  Do not iron.

·  Do not dry clean.

· Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can tear the swimsuit.

· We use the best dyes available, however we cannot guarantee the complete fastness of some fashion colors.

· Do not wear light-colored clothing over a wet bathing suit. Some shades may bleed or bleed through when wet.

·  We recommend not wearing bathing suits in bubble bath, as it could damage your garment.

· Extra care is recommended in the use of these products and always ensure that they are completely dry before coming into contact with your swimsuit.

·  We recommend rinsing immediately after use.

1. Browse the website and check our products, once you enter the product page you can choose the size of the top and bottom, and the quantity, then press the "Add to cart" button. 2. Once you have selected all the items, you must proceed to pay for them. Previously the page will ask you to enter your personal data to make the purchase.
3. The webpage will ask you where you want the purchase to be sent.
4. Here you have the possibility to change the delivery address or simply use the registered one.
5. When you want to proceed to checkout you have to start the payment. The page will show you the different payment options available.

Confirm your purchase and the system generates a receipt for it, sending you a copy to your registered e-mail.

The option available to purchase your favorite item in our store  is PayPal. Pay with your preferred credit card

Shipments are made through the selected logistics company, who is responsible for picking up the packages in our warehouse and dispatching them to best mail/transport company that arrives faster to your location.

When your purchase is confirmed we will send you the tracking number to check the status of the delivery.

Once the payment is credited, the delivery is between 5 and 7 labor days.

We deliver your products to the registered address.

It is important that you keep in mind that it must be a real address when registering. You also have the option of registering a different address than the one registered when you finalize the selection of the products for your purchase (ex: gifts, trips, removals, etc.).

In the event that the staff of the designated delivery company shows up and the person to receive the order is not found, they will leave a notification indicating the guide number and a telephone number so that you can contact and coordinate the delivery again.

In some cases (depending on the delivery/mail company) a second visit will be made, in case you are not at home, a notification will be left again with the guide number and a contact telephone number.

If the recipient does not contact the shipping company, the package will return to the place of origin. To request the shipment of the product again, the recipient must assume the value of the shipment.

Purchase order confirmation.

When you place an order and make the payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order was accepted. 

We assign a tracking number to the purchase order to verify tracking and subsequent dispatch of merchandise.

You will be able to verify the tracking of your order once your order is dispatched from our warehouse to the company in charge of managing shipments from Saint Maló. The logistics company will send you an email so you can check the status of your order.

QA

Saint Maló has strict quality control in each of its products and shipping and packaging management. We have qualified staff who carefully control every detail, garment by garment before dispatching it.

CONDITIONS FOR CHANGES AND RETURNS

– The garments must be unused, without perfumes, without stains or traces of washing.

– Each garment must have its label attached and be in its corresponding packaging.

– Products purchased in Sale or other promotions cannot be exchanged or returned.

– Clothes from previous seasons will not be changed.

– Saint Maló IS NOT CHARGED FOR THE COLLECTION AND SHIPPING COSTS for returns and exchanges, it will only be responsible in cases where the product delivered to the recipient does not match the order requested in our online store
